“Pektowin” is one of the biggest Polish producers of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates (among them apple juice concentrate). The processing capacity exceeds 1000 tons of apples per 24 hours. As the only factory in Poland “Pektowin” produces low and high esterificated apple, citrus-apple and citrus pectins of the quality covering the requirements of WHO, FAO and Food Chemical Codex. The produced pectins can be used for production of low and high sugared jams, yoghurt stocks, jellies, confectionery fillings, vegetable sauces and for baking gluten free bread. A high quality of our pectins is confirmed by the titel EUROPRODUKT 2002. The company has implemented the HACCP system.

“Pektowin” is also the only Polish producer of pectinolitic, amylolitic and proteolitic enzyme preparations. These preparations are used in various industrial branches, mainly in fruit and vegetable processing, alcohol distilling, textile industry, tanning industry and baking.
